These terms cover your use of this website and the work we do for you. Using the site or hiring Camp Creative Solutions LLC means you accept them.
1. Who we are and what we do
Camp Creative Solutions LLC is an Idaho limited liability company. We print art directly onto interior and exterior surfaces using a direct-to-wall inkjet printer with UV-cured ink. The ink bonds to your surface. There is no vinyl, no film, and nothing to peel.
2. Quotes, mockups, and estimates
Mockups. We build your mockup by hand from a photo of your actual space. It is a visual concept, not a contract. Colors on your screen will not match printed ink exactly — screens emit light and walls reflect it. We will show you physical color references before we print anything.
Quotes. Any price you get from the website, a form, or a text message is an estimate based on what you told us. Final pricing is set after we see your surface in person. Quotes are valid for 7 days.
What can change a quote. Surface condition, wall height and access, unexpected prep work, artwork changes after approval, and anything we could not see in your photo.
Nothing is booked until you approve a written quote and pay the deposit.
3. Your surface
Before we print, your surface has to be ready. We will tell you exactly what that means for your space during the site visit.
- Flat surfaces only. Our printer cannot print on curved, domed, or round surfaces. If your wall is curved, we will tell you straight away and point you somewhere useful.
- Surface prep. Your surface must be clean, dry, sound, and primed as we specify. If prep is your responsibility under the quote and the surface is not ready on print day, rescheduling fees apply.
- Access. We need clear access to your wall, standard power, and enough clearance to position the machine. Furniture, fixtures, and obstructions are yours to move unless the quote says otherwise.
- Existing coatings. Wallpaper, flaking paint, unknown coatings, and moisture problems have to be resolved before we print. We will flag anything we see, but we cannot guarantee we will catch a problem hidden inside your wall.
4. If you lease your space
If you rent, you are responsible for getting your landlord's written permission before we print. We will ask you to confirm you have it.
Printed ink is permanent. It is in your surface, not on it. Removing it means repainting or refinishing, and that cost is yours, not ours. We will happily talk through this with you and your landlord before you commit.
5. Artwork and ownership
Artwork you give us. If you supply a design, logo, photo, or file, you are telling us you own it or have permission to use it. You agree to cover us if someone claims otherwise.
Artwork we create. If we design something for you, you own the right to have it printed on your surface once you have paid in full. Your wall, your design, your surface — permanently. We keep the underlying source files and the right to reuse our own design elements, techniques, and style in other work.
Our portfolio. We would like to photograph the finished work for our portfolio, website, and social media. Tell us no and the answer is no, at any time, no explanation needed.
What we will not print. We decline work that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, or that is unlawful, hateful, or obscene. We decide this at our discretion and will refund any deposit if we decline after taking one.
6. Payment
- A 50% deposit is due to book your print date. It reserves the machine and the crew.
- The balance is due on completion unless the quote says otherwise.
- Deposits become non-refundable once we begin production of your artwork or order materials for your job.
- Late balances accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed under Idaho law.
- Prices do not include applicable sales tax.
7. Scheduling, changes, and cancellations
- Reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice at no charge.
- Cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours' notice and a $75 rescheduling fee applies.
- Changes to approved artwork after production begins are billed at our current design rate and may move your print date.
- Weather, site conditions outside our control, and equipment issues can move a date. We will tell you as soon as we know.
8. Warranty
One year, covered. For one year from your completion date, if the print lifts, peels, cracks, flakes, or goes patchy, we come back and make it right at no charge. Tell us in writing within the year and give us reasonable access to your wall. That is the whole promise — no registration, no fine print about who touched it last.
How long the ink itself lasts. This is not a warranty. It is what the technology does, and we would rather you hear it from us than find out later:

UV-cured ink is the most durable direct-print method available. It is not permanent color. Boise sun is hard on everything, and anything outdoors will shift eventually.
Mural shield for sun-facing walls. For exterior work on a south or west exposure, we offer a protective mural shield coating for an additional fee. It slows fade considerably. On a wall that takes afternoon sun, we will recommend it, and if you decline it we will note that on your quote so we both know where we stand.
Not covered:
- Damage from impact, abrasion, cleaning chemicals, pressure washing, or moving furniture
- Surface failure underneath the print — drywall damage, settling cracks, moisture intrusion, coating failure
- Normal fading within the ranges above
- Fade on an exterior sun-facing wall where mural shield was offered and declined
- Interior-rated ink installed outdoors against our written recommendation
- Prep work you performed or a third party performed
- Anything printed on a surface we told you in writing was not suitable
We will put the expected lifespan for your specific wall in writing before you buy. If a spot is brutal, we will say so.
9. Website use
The content on this site — copy, logos, photos, mockups, designs — belongs to Camp Creative Solutions LLC. Do not copy it or use it commercially without our written permission.
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either.
10. Text messages
By giving us your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from us about your quote, mockup, appointment, and project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Camp Creative Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, or lost opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the project the claim relates to.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited under Idaho law.
12. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.
Before anyone files anything, we ask that you call us. Almost everything gets solved that way.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted on the day you approve your quote is the version that governs your project.
