Camp Creative Solutions LLC ("Camp," "we," "us") prints art directly onto walls. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website or contact us, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.

We keep this short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us at [email protected] and we will answer in plain language.

What we collect

When you fill out a form or text us:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your project address or service area
• Details about your space — room type, square footage, surface material, timeline, budget range
• Photos you send us of your wall or space
• Anything else you choose to tell us in a message

When you visit the site:

• Your IP address, browser type, and device type
• Which pages you visited, how you got here, and how long you stayed
• Cookie and pixel data used to measure our advertising

When you become a customer:

• Billing contact information and project records
• Payment information, which is handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.

Why we collect it

• To build your free mockup and send it to you
• To respond to your quote request and schedule a site visit
• To do the work and keep records of it
• To send appointment reminders and project updates
• To measure which ads and pages actually bring in real projects
• To meet our legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We have never done it and we are not set up to do it.

Text messages and your phone number

This section matters, so read it closely.

When you give us your phone number and check the consent box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from Camp Creative Solutions about your quote, your mockup, your appointment, and your project.

• Message frequency varies based on your project.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Opting out of texts does not cancel your project or stop us from reaching you by phone or email about work already in progress.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third party. The only companies that touch your phone number are the service providers listed below who help us send the messages, and they are contractually barred from using it for anything else.

Photos you send us

To build your mockup, we need a photo of your actual space. Here is what happens to it:

• We use your photo to render your design. A person does that work, not a machine.
• We store your photo with your project record.
• We do not publish, sell, or license your photo.
• We will only use your photo or the finished work in our portfolio, social media, or advertising if you tell us we can. Ask us to remove it at any time and we will.

If your photo shows people, a business interior, or anything you would rather we not see, crop it before you send it. We only need your wall, your surface, and enough of the room to get the scale right.

Who we share information with

We use outside companies to run the business. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:

We may also share information when the law requires it, when we need to protect our rights or someone's safety, or if the business is ever sold or merged.

That is the full list. We do not share your information with data brokers, lead resellers, or anyone who would market to you on their own behalf.

Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies and tracking pixels to see which ads work. This includes tools from advertising and analytics platforms. They help us understand things like "this ad brought in eleven real quote requests" — not who you are personally.

You can turn cookies off in your browser settings. Parts of the site may stop working correctly if you do.

How long we keep things

• Quote requests and mockups that never became projects: three years
• Customer project records: seven years, for warranty and tax purposes
• Text message consent records: as long as you are opted in, plus four years after you opt out
• Website analytics: as long as the platform retains it, typically 14–26 months

Your choices

Email [email protected] and you can:

• Ask for a copy of what we have on you
• Ask us to correct something that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information, unless we are legally required to keep it
• Ask us to stop using your photos or finished work in our marketing
• Opt out of marketing email and text

We will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you and we will not treat you differently for asking.

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, or another state with a privacy law, you have these same rights and we extend them to everyone regardless of where you live.

Children

Our site and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has given us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Security

We use reputable service providers, restrict account access to the people who need it, and keep our systems updated. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as required by Idaho law.

Where we operate

Camp Creative Solutions LLC is an Idaho limited liability company based in Boise, Idaho, serving the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas. Your information is stored and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top. Significant changes get an email to anyone on our list.
